Spawny's Space

In a previous thread, Cill posted a video with a speaker who says that women keep the DNA of semen from their previous partners in their bloodstream. I’d pointed out then that this exact occurance (known as telegony) has not been observed in human women…but in fruit flies.

Now, there has been another study done about microchimerism in human women aka the presence of a few random Y chromosomes in their bloodstream…anywhere from 0 – 20.7 male cells per 100,000 female cells. However, this was only found in 21% overall of the 120 participants. All of these women had a sexual history, but not all had a history involving a known pregnancy. (As an estimated 10-15% of potential pregnancies end in a miscarriage before week 8, having an unknown pregnancy is not uncommon.)

While it is entirely possible these women had kept DNA from previous sexual partners in their…

Yes Virgina, All Women Have Vaginas

I have a new post up on Spawny’s Space about the issue of SJWs and (alleged) transphobia.
Comments over there, please!

Spawny's Space

So, I’m a gamer. I enjoy not only boardgames, card games, and pen-and-paper RPGs, but videogames too. As such, I read a number of webcomics focused on gaming, one of which is Penny Arcade.

Seriously, these guys are great people. Both are happily married with children, are the creators of PAX (conventions centered around videogames), and give donations to numerous charities that support children, like Child’s Play.

So imagine my surprise when I saw that some social justice warriors were condemning Penny Arcade, more specifically the illustrator, Mike. Taking a closer look, I found this:

Apparently Mike is a horrible, overprivileged, hateful, transphobic bigot. Why? He gave a review about a game that involves female masturbatory practices (probably safer not to ask) and mentioned that it made sense that vaginas were shown since…well, women have those. Little did he know that this biological fact is actually a form of…

Actually, Men *Do* Like Independent Women Part 1

Or at least a lot of them would, if truly independent women weren’t so rare. It’s easy to talk the talk of being a “strong, independent womyn” but when it comes to walking the walk many women stumble and fall. Most don’t even know they’re doing it, but then are at a complete loss in the world of relationships.

Why? I’ll tell you why…

The Beauty of Male Genitals

I’ve noticed that this post was linked to on Reddit and is getting a lot of views, so I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thanks for visiting and formally welcome all new readers to my blog. I hope you enjoy yourselves, and feel free to ask for any clarifications or join in the numerous ongoing conversations in the comments!

Recent conversations on other blogs have tuned me into a new opinion that I never really considered before: That penises are ugly.

“Why do men feel threatened by women?” I asked a male friend of mine. So this male friend of mine, who does by the way exist, conveniently entered into the following dialogue.
“I mean,” I said, “men are bigger, most of the time, they can run faster, strangle better, and they have on the average a lot more money and power.”
“They’re afraid women will laugh at them,” he said. “Undercut their world view.”
Then I asked some women students in a quickie poetry seminar I was giving, “Why do women feel threatened by men?”
“They’re afraid of being killed,” they said. Atwood, Margaret, Writing the Male Character (1982)

A Must Read For all MRAs MGTOW Feminists Egalitarians Humanists and every one else

A good post by GNL that explains confirmation bias and why it can sometimes seem like all men/women are “like that” (aka demanding, mean, selfish, egotistical, disloyal, etc), but NAWALT and NAMALT are actually true. Check it out.

The Poisoned Well

I have been watching Sandman’s Videos On Youtube.  Today’s video was very good.  The video it’s self was the same quality as most of Sandman’s other videos.  He gives reasonable and positive views.  The topic of his video was mind blowing.  A paper was written about “Lemons” and dishonesty in markets.  The Market of “Lemons”:Quality Uncertainty and the Market Mechanism is a must read for anyone that wants to better understand the dating market today.

Sandman does a good job of talking about the paper.  I have some slightly different thoughts.

I have noted for some time the radical and dramatic difference in perceived value of relationships between women and men.  I have been putting this perceived difference on the actual differences.  Relationships are a better deal for women than men.  I have not really found this explanation very satisfactory, but I could think of no other explanation. …

On Being An Unintentional Spy

An email recently came to me that I thought deserved it’s own post as an answer. From a lurker, it states;

“Since you still look like a woman, does this mean you are privy to their private conversations? Are you still invited to ‘women-only’ events such as bachelorette parties, girls-night, baby showers, bridal parties, etc? If so, what do you hear while at these get togethers and how does it affect you being what you say you are?”

Tiny Barbs

Over on A Voice for Men, they have an article up that was written by a woman who became a man, and eventually also became a supporter of the Men’s Rights Movement. Reading Steven’s tale of gender dysphoria, attempts at self mutilation, and general dislike of his former feminine body was a story I knew well. If it wasn’t for the fact that he actually changed his body, it could have been written by me. Continue reading Tiny Barbs

Gender Dysphoria And Sex

As most of my readers know, I have gender dysphoria. This means that while I’m definitely a woman in the physical sense I think of myself as a man for all intents and purposes…or at least until someone makes a comment that forces me to acknowledge the sex of my body. Given this information it does not come as a surprise to me that a number of commenters/private emailers ask for clarification about how I function in my sexual life. Hopefully this post will help to answer the two most asked questions;

Why It Can Suck For Women In The Business World

There is always talk on various online ‘spheres about “male privilege” and “female privilege”. The only examples of male privilege I can say are real and true is that of respect, especially in the business world. If you think I’m lying, bear with me…
